Injection mold processing
Injection mold processing is to first add plastic into the mold, and then the mold is continuously rotating and heated along the two vertical axes. Under the action of gravity and heat energy, the plastic in the mold is gradually evenly coated, melted and adhered to the whole surface of the mold cavity, and is molded into the required shape to be cooled and shaped.
Rotational mold processing

The products in the rotational molding process are easy to change color, and can be hollow (seamless without welding). The surface treatment of products can achieve the effect of pattern, wood, stone and metal, so as to meet the personalized needs of consumers in modern society.
The products produced by this process include: oil tank, water tank, mechanical shell, mudguard, etc. The main substitutes are metal parts and FRP products.
